We appreciate your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is anything we can do to make your experience a good one, don't hesitate to contact us. Occasionally we experience a delay in a fabric that is on backorder and the shipping timeframe needs to be modified. We will inform you if there will be a delay. We can not promise any orders for a specific holiday or date.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped directly to the customer in approximately 8-10 weeks from order receipt. Your package arrives in a delightfully fun way with a special treat inside!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will glady accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days after receipt of shipment for errors, ommisions, manufacturing defect, or size. No exchanges or returns will be made on personalized items.
If a fabric has been discontinued you may select another fabric from the current Collection.
If you are returning an item you will be asked to indicate the item and reason on your return form and mail the item to Red Beans. A 20% RESTOCK FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS OR EXCHANGED ITEMS.
If the error is the fault of Red Beans you will be reimbursed you mailing cost to get the item back to us. If you are exchanging, you will need to enclose a check or credit card information. You will be asked to pay $10.00 for shipping of new items.

HOW TO ORDER RED BEANS CLOTHING
Attend a Trunk Show- Attend a Red Beans home show in your area and design your unique styles from the styles, fabrics, appliques, monograms and trims that we offer. Your show Hostess is knowledgeable about the Collection and will assist you in the design process.
Order by Phone- If you do not have a trunk show in your area and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at 1.877.343.BEAN (2326) and we will be happy to assist you.
Place an order online-Items on our website are offered as they are pictured. It is simple to purchase these items by following the shopping outline on the website. If you like what you see on the website but want to make changes, you can call us and we will design with you to create your unique pieces.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We can not accept changes to your order after 3 days of order placement.
We do allow minor customization to certain clothing pieces. You can add length to Pants and Capris. We will charge $5.00 per custom order. Please contact us to place your special orders.
